Below is a schedule for the upcoming month and the schedule.  If you can not attend practice or a meet, please let Coach Cantwell AND Coach Nunez know.  

Friday April 13th-  Girls off. Boys: Intra-Squad Scrimmage 8:30-11.  Bring Spikes.

Saturday April 14th- Boys Off. Girls Suffolk Coaches Meet at Bayshore HS. Starts at 9:30am.  Bus @ 8:00am sharp.

Sunday April 15th- no practice​

Monday April 16th- Practice 3-5

Tuesday April 17th- Practice 3-5

Wednesday April 18th- Practice 3-5

Thursday April 19th- Practice 3-5

Friday April 20th- Practice 3-5

Saturday April 21st- Girls practice 8:30-10

Boys- Suffolk Coaches Meet at Commack HS.  Starts at 9:30.  Bus at 8:00am

Sunday April 22nd- No Practice 

Monday April 23rd- Dual meet @ Mercy against Center Moriches.  4pm start, set up begins at 3.  

Tuesday April 24th- Practice 3-5

Wednesday April 25th- Practice 3-5

Thursday April 26th- Penn Relays for girls. Bus TBD. 

Boys Practice 3-5

Friday April 27th- Girls Practice 3-5

Boys Penn Relays TBD

Saturday April 28th- Westhampton Beach Invitational for Boys AND Girls.  Meets are at different times and buses will be at different times.

Penn Relays for Boys- TBD.

Sunday April 29th- No Practice
Monday April 30th- Practice 3-5

Tuesday May 8th- Boys dual meet @ Port Jeff at 4:30.  Girls have practice 3-5. Bus at 3:00.

Wednesday May 9th- Girls Dual meet at Mercy. 4:30 start.  Boys have practice from 3-4.

Thursday May 10th- Practice 3-5

Friday May 11th- Practice 3-5
